Hamidreza Ostadabbas, Head of Geoinformatics Department at die STEG Stadtentwicklung GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany, has been a GIS software developer with the company since 2018. Passionate about open-source tools like QGIS and PostgreSQL, he is also a Python Plugin developer. As a university lecturer at Stuttgart University, he shares valuable knowledge on Smart, Open Data Components and AI to master’s students. Since 2023, he serves as the Deputy Young Surveyor of the Council of European Geodetic Surveyors (CLGE).
